The AEC is the bipartisan body responsible for conducting federal elections and referendums, and maintaining the Commonwealth electoral roll. BMF provide a range of electoral information and education programs and activities, the aim of which is to ensure a fair and equitable election with maximum correct participation by Australian citizens.
