BPAY, an online payment system, wanted to increase payment volumes by 700,000 over 6 months. This at a time of increased competition and belt tightening due to the global financial crisis.
We showed that using BPAY is so simple it’s almost too easy. As the BPAY symbol is present on virtually every bill customers receive, we incorporated the tag line with the symbol to form our clear call to action.
After just four weeks in market, there was a significant uplift, with October payments rising to an extraordinary 23,184,800 beating forecast by 259,000 and making it the highest October usage in BPAY’s 12 year history.
