BMF has created a 3D advertisement for Expedia, the world’s largest online travel company, showcasing the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas. The execution is part of the latest phase of Expedia’s successful brand campaign, which demonstrates the savings travellers can make by booking flights and hotels together with Expedia Holidays.
The campaign features Expedia’s travel host, Shura, demonstrating some of the off-the-beaten-track destinations that visitors to Las Vegas can experience, as suggested by Expedia’s Facebook community. Destinations such as the Neon Boneyard, the Stratosphere and the Grand Canyon see Shura scratch beneath the surface to capture the essence of the holiday experience.
The latest execution builds on the success of Expedia’s ‘Thailand on $222’ and ‘New York on $50’ campaigns and highlight the savings that can be made by booking your holiday with Expedia.
The 90-second 3D Cinema advertisement is airing directly before the screening of The Avengers in cinemas across Australia and New Zealand.
The 3D execution is accompanied by a 30 second TVC and 90 second online documentary film promoting Las Vegas. With a 30 second South Pacific TVC running in parallel. The TVCs and online films will be supported by print, outdoor and online advertising which launches across Australia and New Zealand this week.
