During his 15 years in London’s best agencies, he gained extensive experience across a number of clients, including brands such as Sony PlayStation, Unilever, Coca-Cola Company, Michelin and NatWest Bank to name a few. At BMF he leads a team of exceptional account leaders and personally works closely on ALDI, Lion, Meat & Livestock Australia and P&O Cruises.

He was awarded a coveted Black Pencil for ‘The Million’ for The New York Department of Education, picked up two D&AD Pencils and Gold Lion for ‘The Regulars’ commercial for Victoria Bitter, and another Yellow Pencil at D&AD for Boost ‘Moreing’ for Cadbury Boost Bar.

Claudia holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and trained as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Sydney.

Prior to his Enero role Matthew was a founding partner of BMF and CEO for 15 years from inception through to BMF being named as ‘Agency of the Decade’. Matthew recently stepped down after 10 years as Chairman of the EFFIE Advertising Effectiveness Award, was previously Chairman of the industry body AFA  and was a Board member of the international aid organisation Médecins San Frontiérs/Doctors without Borders (MSF) for 10 years. Matt is currently a Board member of the Sydney Festival.

He's been a member of the Titanium and TV juries and President of Promo and Activation at Cannes; TV, Press and Poster and Chairman of Radio at D&AD; and chaired every major award show in Australia.
