As Managing Director, he is actively involved with clients such as: ALDI, Meat & Livestock, Lion, Nestlé, Ferrero and BPay.

He was awarded a coveted Black Pencil for ‘The Million’ for The New York Department of Education, picked up two D&AD Pencils and Gold Lion for ‘The Regulars’ commercial for Victoria Bitter, and another Yellow Pencil at D&AD for Boost ‘Moreing’ for Cadbury Boost Bar.

Matthew is Chairman of the EFFIE Advertising Effectiveness Awards and a Board member of the Sydney Festival. He was a Board member of the international aid organisation Médecins San Frontiérs/Doctors without Borders (MSF) for 10 years.

He's been a member of the Titanium and TV juries and President of Promo and Activation at Cannes; TV, Press and Poster and Chairman of Radio at D&AD; and chaired every major award show in Australia.
