Jeremy has worked in the UK, Europe, USA and Japan as a Strategic Planner. He joined BMF in 2001 and has played a key part in the agency's growth from 30 to over 200 employees. After nine years with the agency, Jeremy became BMF's CEO in August 2010 to lead the agency into its next exciting decade. He is also the current chairman of the Account Planning Group and deputy chair of the Advertising industry's peak body, The Communications Council.

Chris rose through the ranks at Fallon, becoming head of account management and part of the management team. During this time he worked across a number of award winning accounts producing world-renowned work for the BBC, Sony, and Cadbury’s. After 8 years Chris was offered a job as the Head of Marketing at Manchester City FC after the Abu Dhabi group’s investment. After two years creating the marketing department for the world’s richest football club, Chris joined BMF in January 2011 to be the Head of Account Management as part of the newly formed Leadership team.

Dylan's career has seen him work in London, the Middle East and Australia. He became a partner and board member at BMF in 2005 and ECD in 2009.

Dylan has won at, judged and chaired numerous award shows around the world. In 2008, he was the first Australian awarded the Irving Wunderman Award for lifetime achievement at the 30th Caples Award Show.

Shane began his career in South Africa over 12 years ago, where he worked for agencies including DDB and TBWA South Africa. A move to Sydney in 2001 found him at M&C Saatchi as the Creative Group Head on Optus. He joined BMF in 2007, and now serves as one of the Sydney office's Executive Creative Directors. Shane has won awards at all the major international shows including a D&AD Yellow Pencil, Cannes Gold, Silver & Bronze, AWARD, ADMA, One Show, Webbys, Caples and Echoes.

As a good Spaniard, Carlos is passionate, hot blooded and enjoys walking on the tightrope when it comes to creativity. After 10 years working at Y&R, McCann, Publicis and BBDO he moved to to Sra. Rushmore. He spent 6 years there contributing to make it the Agency of the Decade in Spain, working on global projects for Coca-Cola, Movistar and the International Olympic Committee during the Beijing Games. His work has been recognised internationally and AdLatina Magazine (Spanish Ad Age) just included him in the Top 20 Remarkable Latin Creatives of 2010. Carlos joined BMF in January 2012 as one of the Sydney office's Executive Creative Directors.

Laura's roots come from the both South and North of Spain, but she lived in Madrid for over 14 years before moving to Australia.

With a creative planning background, she has worked at Lowe, TBWA, BBDO, Publicis and Sra. Rushmore - recognised as the most creative agency in Spain over the last 4 years- across local and international projects for a wide array of brands such as Coca-Cola, International Olympic Committee, Renault, Pepsi, Nivea, PlayStation, Diageoor Unilever.

She has chaired some of the main Latin advertising festivals and believes that creativity is a state of mind, not a a job title on a business card.

David has over 15 years experience in advertising. During that time he has worked on some of Australia’s biggest brands including NIke, Nestle and Toyota. David has judged AWARD and Melbourne Art Director Club (MADC) and his work has been recognised at all the major award shows in Australia and abroad. Campaign Brief voted his work on Nestle Drumstick in the top 10 ads of last decade. He is the current President of MADC. David joined BMF in 2011 and is the Executive creative Director of the Melbourne office.

Katie has over 15 years HR management and leadership experience across global and local professional services, retail, telecommunications and financial services businesses. From Singtel Optus to strategy consulting firm Bain & Co, Katie has successfully developed world class, high performing, highly rewarding and fun cultures that attract, retain and develop top talent. Katie joined BMF in 2010 to further build on our people and culture capabilities.

Born and educated in Sydney, Simon has a breadth of education with degrees from UTS in International Business and Accounting, an MBA from Sydney and NSW Universities and is a qualified accountant and Fellow member of CPA Australia. Simon’s professional career spans over 17 years, with experience in commercial roles for major blue chip companies. Through his career Simon has grown into senior commercial roles including CFO and commercial head for a joint venture of Telstra’s media division and General Manager, Asia Pacific for a digital arm of News Corporation.

Jenny has 18 years industry experience coupled with strong people and business management experience in the UK and Australian markets. Starting as a Traffic Assistant in Glasgow in 1994, Jenny became a Production Manager within a year. Following her dreams, she moved to London, working on brands such as Bud Light, Bacardi and Lurpak. After 3 years Jenny decided to take the plunge and relocate to Australia. She has now been with BMF for 10 years is responsible for all of our Systems and Operations and our Digital Production team.

Warren began his career in '81 and has been fortunate enough to work in some great agencies, both in the UK and Australia. His awards include 19 Cannes Lions and seven D&AD Silvers spread across TV, Direct, Promotion and Integrated categories. He's been a member of the Titanium and TV juries at Cannes; TV, Press and Poster at D&AD; TV, Print and Radio for Clio and chaired every major award show in Australia. In 1993 he returned to Australia and co-founded BMF in 1996, going onto win Agency of the Decade in 2009. Even after 30 years in the business he feels it's never been more exciting.

Matthew has over 25 years experience at high profile creative advertising agencies in the UK and Australia. He is recognised as an industry leader and is currently a National Board member of industry peak body, The Communications Council. He is the current Chairman of the "Effie's" - Advertising Effectiveness Awards and is a former Chairman of the Advertising Federation of Australia (AFA). Matthew is a current Board Member of The Sydney Festival, Australia's leading performing arts festival and was a Board member of the Australian section of MSF (Medecins sans Frontiers/Doctors without Borders) for ten years.
