Dominic joins us from VCCP in London, where he was group managing director, before launching a new company in the group specialising in social media marketing. Dominic spent 9 years at BBH in London and Singapore as a Director and Head of Account Management, as well as 5 years at HHCL & Partners as managing partner. Prior to joining VCCP, Dominic enjoyed a stint client-side as marketing director of Talktalk, the home phone and broadband company. Dominic has worked extensively with clients such as Levi's, Unilever and Diageo.

Cam joins BMF and has 20 years experience of outstanding work at leading international creative shops, including Droga5 New York, Publicis London, AMV BBDO and, more recently, Droga5 Sydney. Over his career, he has worked on a wide variety of brands including: Carlton United Breweries, Kraft, Cadbury, Sainsbury's, British Telecom, Tracfone, Virgin Australia, The Economist, Nicorette, ING Direct Bank and Sportsbet. He's won a number of awards including a coveted Black Pencil for the internationally recognised 'The Million' for The New York Department of Education. His work also includes the epic 'The Regulars' TVC for Victoria Bitter which picked up numerous major awards globally, 'Get Some Nuts' brand line for Snickers, he invented a beer saving 'freezer alarm' and most recently made The Boosted Inspiration MTV Documentary Series for Cadbury Boost Bar that picked up a Yellow Pencil at D&AD this year.

Simon is Executive Planning Director of BMF responsible for BMFs strategic output across both offices. Simon has worked at bmf since 2007. Prior to this he worked at Wieden and Kennedy London and Dlkw Lowe. He has been in advertising for 14 years and his work has been recognised nationally and internationally for both creativity and effectiveness. He loves working closely with both clients and creative teams to find interesting answers to difficult problems

Matthew is Executive Chairman of BMF, the agency he co-founded in 1996. He has over 25 years' experience at high profile creative advertising agencies in the UK and Australia, including 15 years as CEO of BMF. A respected leadership figure within the Australian advertising industry Matthew is current Chairman of the EFFIE's Advertising Effectiveness Awards. He has also played a key role at various times over 15 years as a National Board member of the peak industry body, The Communications Council and is a former National Chairman of the Advertising Federation of Australia. Matthew is a current Board member of the Sydney Festival and was a Board member of the international aid organisation Medecins Sans Frontiers/Doctors without Borders (MSF) for 10 years.

Warren is the Creative Founder of BMF, the agency he co-founded in 1996. He began his career in 1981 and has worked for a number of leading creative agencies, both in the UK and Australia. A respected member of the advertising industry, Warren has been the creative force behind some of Australia's most iconic and best-loved advertising. His awards include 19 Cannes Lions and seven D&AD Silvers spread across TV, Direct, Promotion and Integrated categories. He's been a member of the Titanium and TV juries and President of Promo and Activation at Cannes; TV, Press and Poster and Chairman of Radio at D&AD; and chaired every major award show in Australia.

Alita has been with BMF for 10 years. She originally joined the Sydney office in 2003, working as an Account Director on a number of clients, including AUSTAR, Dairy Farmers, Carnival and MBF. After a year at The Campaign Palace, she re-joined BMF in 2010 to help set up and run the Melbourne office. Prior to joining BMF, Alita worked at Leo Burnetts in Sydney and London on a number of award winning campaigns for Diageo, Heineken and Procter and Gamble.

Luciana joins BMF from independent agency Shackleton ranked No. 1 in creativity for the last 4 years in Spain. With over 8 years of experience, Borges takes responsibility for internal and external communications at BMF with the aim of further enhancing the agency's brand reputation nationally and internationally. Borges is Brazilian, has a Bachelor degree in Law, Master degrees in both Political Action and Business Communication and an extensive international PR background.
