BMF and ALDI Stores Australia took home the most coveted award at the Australian Effie Awards yesterday. The Grand Effie was awarded to ALDI Good Different for its long term effects and as the judges explained for being “a business and brand philosophy that shines through the huge body of short and long term advertising work”.
The great haul of awards also included a gold, two silvers and three bronzes across retail, short term effects, challenger brand and long term effects.
Most importantly, ALDI was recognised for the third year in a row as the most ‘Effective Advertiser’ in Australia for being “extremely impressive on all counts of creativity, courage and consistency, year-in, year-out, in a very competitive industry”.
In addition BMF scored a total of eight finalists with the work done for TAL Australia, Tourism Tasmania, Agoda and Deakin University.
